Receptionist

EMA Advocates is seeking to recruit a motivated and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting clients in a professional manner
  • Answering telephone calls and handling general enquiries
  • Setting up meetings and managing appointments
  • General administrative and office duties
  • Assisting the legal team with day-to-day office coordination
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Scanning and organising legal documents
  • Handling Client queries and organising tasks to meet court deadlines

 

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate who has:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ⁠Professional appearance and attitude
  • Organised and able to work independently
  • Basic computer and administrative skills
  • ⁠Fluency in English and Maltese
  • ⁠Previous experience in reception or administration is preferred
